1. Rename the PS3_Game folder of retail disc [BCUS98298] into "NPUA72074",2. Unpack the demo NPUA72074 then copy only the [eboot.bin] from it then paste into folder [USRDIR] in [NPUA72074] renamed in step 1,3. Edit PARAM.SFO of [NPUA72074] and change Category from DG Disc Game (blu-ray) to HG Harddrive Game then Save,4. Delete LICDIR folder in NPUA72074,5. Download only the v1.01 update for BCUS98298,6. Unpack contents of downloaded v1.01 update then move them to a new folder called "BCUS98298",7. For DTU: Transfer NPUA72074 and BCUS98298 folders into CFW PS3 then DTU to OFW PS3. Done.7. Dimitri's men burn down Niko and Roman's apartment and taxi company, forcing them to flee to Bohan. I am making this topic because I remembered a while ago I had a modified GTA IV ISO burned to a disc and tried to install it to my Xbox 360 hard drive so it would store the modded version and play it from the hard drive using a regular copy. But something happened that is beyond me.
BUT! When I play the game from the hard drive it's not modded! And I was sure it was because I only used the clean genuine IV to boot it and once to was playing I could take the disc out of the tray. It wouldn't be spinning. It was reading from the HDD.
The world of Grand Theft Auto V is just too large for the aging digital versatile disc (DVD) format. That is forcing developer Rockstar Games to release the open-world crime title on two discs for Xbox 360.
The Xbox 360 version of Grand Theft Auto 5 comes on two discs, although you'll never have to switch discs while playing the game. The first disc must be installed to the Xbox 360 hard drive or an external USB flash drive, and after that, you play off the second disc. However, Rockstar said earlier today that users shouldn't install the "play" disc because doing so can affect performance, and added that "more info" will be available on Rockstar's support page soon. Digital Foundry's video offers a side-by-side comparison of footage from the Xbox 360 version of Grand Theft Auto 5, with the game running off the "play" disc on the left and off a hard drive installation of that disc on the right. The latter version exhibits pop-in problems for both objects and textures, although the issues tend to be less noticeable at regular speed than when the video is slowed to one-third its normal speed.
